Salut! My name is Bernie. I'm a writer, musician (sax and guitar), comedian, activist, and I build houses for my food. I was raised on a farm but have lived in Seattle for a few years. Right now, I reside just a couple miles from Canada. I yearn to travel and (through books and the internet) find myself compelled by the Carpathians, the Black Sea, the churches, the architecture, and the history of Romania. And its women seem to reflect all of the lands proud and mysterious beauty. When I go there I will treat you both with the reverence you deserve.

Smart, casual, independent, outdoorsy woman who might be patient enough to correspond with an american trying to learn your language and who might join me when I travel to your wondrous country. I'm the type of tourist that has no strict travel plans and rigid schedules. Similarly, It's fair to say that I'm not driven by romantic expectations either, especially those that are pre-packaged by a website.
